*RETAINER CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER DATE ONCE, IF APPT IS RESCHEDULED WITHIN 48 hours OF REGULAR APPOINTMENT

Being late for your appointment is not acceptable without proper notice! If you are more than 10 mins late and I have not heard from you a late fee of $40 will be added to your balance. Understand that this throws off every appointment after you! Please be on time! (In the event that you run late all I ask is that you CONTACT me with proper notice) 

In the event that you don't show up for your scheduled time, more than 30 minutes late or make a last minute cancellation you'll be asked to reschedule. The retainer fee will be forfeited.

A mask is REQUIRED for your appointment.

NO extra people are allowed to come with you. One adult is allowed to come with a child to their appointment.

Please AVOID BOOKING an appointment if you are feeling sick or have been around someone who has been Exposed to COVID! 

If you arrive and aren’t feeling well, your appointment will be canceled and your retainer fee at that point is forfeited. 

I reserve the right to refuse services and your deposit will not be refunded if Hair is not 3 inches or longer. I cannot grip hair that do not fall within these guidelines. I am not responsible for any damage or breakage done to any of my clients hair if you choose to ignore the previously stated requirements for booking with Uncolonized Locz & Stylez.
